NYX Slide On, Glide On, Stay On & Definitely A Turn On Waterproof, Extreme Shine Eyeliner in Black Sparkle Review

4:32 PM

This name is way too long to bother even copying and pasting. Today's post is on that. Mine is 02 Black Sparkle. I actually originally intended to just pick up the regular black one, but as I was in a hurry I didn't look too closely and disregarded the sparkly packaging.

So these are supposed to be dupes for the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide on Eye Pencils. I can't compare them, as I don't have any, but from what I hear they are very similar. Anyways, I bought this eyeliner for $8 at Sears. It contains 0.04 oz of product and was made in Germany. NYX is a cruelty free company. Their products can be bought online and in certain drugstores and Ulta.

Ha, even the company knows the name is way too long. This liner is a tradition pencil liner, meaning it has to be sharpened (some product will be wasted no matter what). This liner is very very soft. It glides on like butter, without skipping. The color payoff for this particular color isn't that amazing, but it's still fairly pigmented. Besides, this shade is supposed to be sparkly black, not jet black. Anyways, this liner won't budge after you give it time to set. It won't slide around on your eyelid, and it's waterproof. This one faded a bit, but it was okay. Nothing too bad.

I like this liner, but not this shade. I'm probably going to end up giving it away. When I get the chance I'm definitely going to go pick up a few more colors, and next time I'll actually look at the shade (;

2 Apps you should have

8:00 PM

Hey y'all. Quickie post today on two cute apps you should have. I have an iPad, so these are all Apple apps. I'm not too sure about their availability on Android devices.

First app: swackett

This is available on like every smartphone (judging from my quick glance at the home screen). There's also a website. This thing is adorable. It tells you what to wear for the day! It's really cute and easy to use.

Second app: blendoku.

Basically, you try to put colors together in this game. It's a really simple game where you just try to connect the colors. It's strangely satisfying and therapeutic. It's also free!

Sorry for the short post! I'm super busy at the moment. Thanks for reading!

Treat Yoself | Pamper day

7:55 PM

If you watch Parks and Recreation I'm sure you'll recognize that phrase (Tom and Donna, anyone?). Actually, I'm sure you'll recognize that phrase from life in general.

my bbys i love you donna
Everybody gets stressed. It's just what people do. If you're a student, you know that exams are approaching and have already happened for some people. This is usually the time of year where I stress, because I zone out while I should be studying and end up thinking about my plans for the weekend, or planning a trip with my friends somewhere after school is over. I'm going on a tangent. Anyways, this is how to unstress and treat yourself with a pamper day (or evening, or hour).

First things first: change into pjs. I do this as much as possible. I'm not even kidding. Whenever I get home I'm taking off my street clothes and putting my pajamas on. I just feel so much happier and comfier in them. Then, I like to cut up some fruit (mangos I freaking love mangos) and watch some television just to unwind and sink into my pamper mood.

After I've finished my food and entertainment, I like to take a nice long shower. You can take a bath, if you're a bath person. I just prefer showers because I think they're more invigorating than baths, but do whatever floats your boat. I like to apply a deep conditioner on my hair while in the shower, cover it with a shower cap and come back later to rinse it out. You know the drill here; exfoliate your body and shave your legs. Put a nice smelling body butter (or lotion) on when you get out of the shower and your skin will feel heavenly.

So when I get out of the shower, I like to heat my hair (which is still in the deep conditioner in the shower cap) for a bit with my blowdryer just to make sure the conditioner really sinks in and works its magic. Then I just follow up with my skincare routine and whatever I do when I finish a shower and apply a face mask.

I like to multitask so I usually do my nails while I'm waiting for the mask to do its job, but you can lie down with cucumbers over your eyes, that sort of thing. I also like to watch more TV and YouTube videos while doing this because I like background noise. Either way, just relax.

So what I like to do with my hands is to soak them in olive oil for a bit (maybe around 5 minutes) and then put on a pair of gloves for some time. I leave the gloves on for perhaps twenty minutes, but you can leave them on for however long you wish. I just like twenty minutes because it's usually the time my sheet mask has started to dry as well. Anyways, rinse the hands with warm water (no soap!) and your hands will feel just as great as your legs. I like to apply a hand and cuticle cream now, and I wait a few minutes for it to sink in. Then, just follow up with your manicure - buff, file, and paint your nails.

When I'm done with my nails and they're fully dried, I go to rinse the hair mask off my hair. Then I put a leave-in conditioner in my hair and let it air dry. While I'm waiting, I like to curl up on my couch with a nice blanket and book, or my iPad or my computer.

And that's it! When you're done with your day you'll feel so amazing it's not even funny. Enjoy, and thanks for reading!

If I had $100 | Makeup Edition

10:37 AM

Hope you all had a nice weekend, especially if you're from the States and got Monday off!

I saw someone do a post like this the other day and I thought it was a great idea. $100 is a lot of money, and I could get a lot of stuff with it.

Face products first!

Boots Botanics Virtually Weightless Color Adjusting Foundation - $12. I quite like the Boots Botanics line, and this foundation has some nice reviews.

elf HD Powder - $6. This is supposed to be a dube for the MUFE HD powder. I'd like to try it out.

NYX Concealer in a Jar - $5. I need a full coverage concealer in my collection. This would be nice.

elf Shimmering Facial Whip - $1. I don't have any highlighters as of right now, and this is only a dollar!

Neutrogena 3-1 Concealer for Eyes - $8. You gotta protect your eyes from the sun too, right? This has SPF 20.

Eyes!

Sonia Kashuk Eye on Neutral Palette - $20.

MUA Undressed Me Too Palette - about $5 USD.

Milani Liquif'eye Metallic Eyeliner in Black - about $7.

Brushes now, mkay?

elf Studio Small Smudge Brush - $3.

elf Kabuki Brush - $6.

Real Techniques Experts Face Brush - $9. Real Techniques are hard to come by where I live, and this looks so nice.

EcoTools Angled Eyeliner Brush - $5. I want to try this brush from EcoTools. There are nice reviews on it.

All the things I want at this moment, and I still have $13 dollars to spend! Okay, that'll be it for today. Look forward to a fashion and skincare edition of this.

Sample: L'Oreal Total Repair 5 Line Review

3:47 PM

This is going to bed a bit of a different post today. I'll be talking about some samples I have received, my first impressions/opinions, how many uses I got out of them, quality of the product in smaller qua ties, etc. This is going to be the first post out of this sample series. Some of the pictures are going to be pretty crap, because I've taken them with my iPad before allowing myself to use them.

So the first products I have are the products from the L'Oreal Total Repair 5 line (shampoo, conditioner, and a deep conditioner they call a balm). I requested this sample online. It took about two months to arrive, which I don't really care about, as I had forgotten I'd requested them. Each of these little packets contained .34 fl oz. (10 mL) of product and I got about four uses out of them each.

So usually I'm pretty skeptical about these immediate repair products. First of all, you can't mend split ends, you can only mask the appearance of them. For a true fix, you have to chop those ends off. Anyways, this line claims to repair five damages in one - split ends, weakness, roughness, dullness, and dehydration. It also claims to repair up to one year of damage in one use.

These were formulated for damaged, over processed and color treated hair, none of which I have. However, I've been using the same shampoo for years now and I'm getting so sick of it.

My first impression of the shampoo was that it smells like shampoo, what you'd expect shampoo to smell like. I thought it might smell heavenly, which was kind of a disappointment. My first thoughts on the conditioner? I couldn't open the damn thing. I had no problem with the shampoo packet, but just could not open the conditioner. I thought the balm was good, I have nothing to compare it too as I like to use a mix of olive oil and my regular conditioner to deep condition my hair. It made my hair feel smooth and shiny. All of these products are a good consistency.

These products are really really good! A little bit of all of them goes a long way. They made my hair shiny, hydrated, and my hair really did feel a lot stronger. I'm not certain of the roughness or the split ends, because I don't have much of either, but they really did live up to the claims.

Tips for working out!

4:22 PM

I'm quite lazy. I don't like the idea of working out. I'm busy. But you know what? I do manage to find time to work out. I don't go to the gym, I'm a runner; I can run outside, on a treadmill, or an elliptical. Also, I'm a student. I don't have enough money for a gym membership. Even if you don't run, you can still workout at home! There are so many home workouts that are just as good as gym machines or classes. So these are my lazy girl tips for working out when you're like me: a procrastinator and a person who just doesn't like to move, stay tuned.

Oh, by the way, I am by no means a professional. I just enjoy running.

  1. Stagger your workouts. Lets be honest, there are going to be days where you just want to lay around watching tv in your pajamas (every day). Rather than trying to work out everyday, I recommend giving yourself a few days a week off. For example, work out every other day. Or work out every weekday, and let yourself rest on the weekends.
  2. Set a schedule. This just makes your workouts easier to follow, and also if you're busy, then it makes your life a lot less hectic.
  3. Don't work out within two hours of going to bed. Your endorphins will be up and running and you'll just feel too awake.
  4. Drink lots of water. This isn't just a tip for working out, it's a tip in general. However, it is super important to drink up when you work out because of obvious dehydration risks.
  5. Don't wear makeup working out. This can clog your pores, and obviously, you're not going to look too hot with foundation sweating off your face.
  6. Try to break a sweat.
Just some quick tips! Hope you enjoyed. Thanks for reading~

See y'all tomorrow

Sonia Kashuk Hidden Agenda Concealer Palette

5:15 PM

Hello. Today's post is on the Sonia Kashuk Hidden Agenda Concealer Palette.

I got this concealer from Target for $11. I believe there's only one shade available, 07. Sonia Kashuk products can be bought in Target stores and are not tested on animals. They are made in the USA.

The concealer is packaged in a magnetized quad. The inside is silver and does tend to get a little messy, but that can be cleaned up easily.

This palette includes two concealer shades, a green toned neutralizer, and a translucent setting powder. The concealers are very very creamy, easy to blend, and feel smooth on the skin. They don't look cakey at all, cover well, and give a very natural looking finish. The translucent powder feels very fine. It doesn't settle into fine lines, and doesn't cake up either.

These concealers are very easily blended and it's easy to mix the two shades to custom match your skin.

The translucent powder is a very nice touch in the kit.

Overall, I would highly recommend this product. It's convenient and I like how there's a green toned concealer too.

Sonia Kashuk Radiance Tinted Moisturizer in Beige Review!

5:04 PM

Hey there bunnies, today I have a review for y'all. It's on the Sonia Kashuk Radiance Tinted Moisturizer in Beige.

I got this tinted moisturizer for about $14 at Target. Mine is in the shade Beige, one of five shades available. Sonia Kashuk products can be bought in Target stores and are not tested on animals. This tinted moisturizer contains SPF 15. There is 1.75 of oz of product, which is a good amount. It was made in the USA.

Underneath the claims on the back of the bottle there used to be a little booklet that contained the ingredients, but I ripped that off by accident.

The product is housed in a squeeze tube, which is hygienic and easy to control how much product comes out.

It's not very thin, it doesn't run down my hand, but it's not so thick that it's practically solid. It's a perfect medium between the two.

Partially blended
Blended

Blended with flash
This tinted moisturizer is easily blended. It's a little too orange for me, but since it can be blended so easily, it works. It has pretty decent coverage for a tinted moisturizer, I'd say light/medium that is buildable. It does have a little bit of a sunscreen smell (due to the SPF), but it's nothing too bad. As you can see, there's no noticeable white cast. It has a natural finish, neither dewy nor matte, and for my normal/dry skin does not require setting with powder, however I would recommend you set with powder if you have oily skin.

I like this product. I'll be honest, it does tend to oxidize (turn darker) just a little bit. It's nothing too bad. It comes off easily with makeup remover, and apparently contains a vitamin complex. I'd recommend this for anyone looking for a natural, everyday look.

Currently loving #1

8:21 PM

Get ready for a pretty crap post with a pretty bad quality picture. I'm very sorry, I've been really busy and didn't have a post queued.

The Body Shop Dreams Unlimited Body Lotion - the sister lotion of one of my favorite scents. It sinks into the skin quickly, the scent lingers so I can layer with the perfume, and it moisturizes really well.

Vaseline Intensive Rescue Repairing Lotion - I recently got this and I actually really like it. It's unscented and hydrating.

Dove GoFresh Cool Essentials Cucumber and Green Tea deodorant - this smells so nice. It also works really well, but mainly it smells really good.

L'Occitane Rose hand cream - I got this as a Christmas present and it smells like straight up roses, which I love. It also makes my hands happy and smooth, plus it's travel friendly.

Taylor Swift Wonderstruck Rollerball Perfume - this was in my perfume collection. I really like it, it's girly and sweet without being young. Bf also likes it too.

Burt's Bees 100% Natural Lip Gloss - not sticky, nice color, 100% natural. Go get it.

Boots Botanics Tinted Lip Balm - sheer color with nice hydrating qualities.

Sorry for the very sparse post today. I promise next week will be better. Thanks for reading!

Personal Thursday #4

4:12 PM

Hello.

Let's talk about the weather. It's nice. Let's talk about what the nice weather brings. Allergies. Let's talk about who gets allergies. Not me. But not this year. They hit me like a train this year. I've got itchy eyes, a stuffed nose, my ears have been popping non stop, my throat is just coated with mucus (sorry for that image), and my lips are dry as the Sahara. I feel terrible, and I have for about two weeks now. It sucks. Lip balm and movies have been my savior lately.

But aside from that, it has been really nice out. The weather's been nice, it's sunny and warm, and spring has finally come. Don't get me wrong, I see a lot of the sun over here. But the weather's been insane for the past few months. We all know this. Hurricane Sandy is a prime example, if you live in the East Coast.

I've taken advantage of the flowers (although they kill me from the pollen) and have gotten very close and friendly with a few. These are the raw jpegs, no editing done.

We're thinking about going on a cruise this summer, but my parents always feel the need to include my brother for whatever reason. He refuses to go on a cruise. I think he's afraid of boats.

I've been having some trouble sleeping. I've always had mild insomnia, which means you can't sleep. It's been getting worse and worse. And what I do in the middle of the night? Go on tumblr. I can't even bring myself to be productive by doing homework or photoshopping some stuff. What am I doing with my life?

Both my cameras are on the table right now and I'm starting to wish I had another because they look so cool lying there, I want to take a picture of them. I can't though, one is film and the film inside is for a project, and the other, obviously, would be crucial to the picture. I don't use my little digital cameras anymore for photography, they just don't cut it.

So... my neighbors have these small kids. I'm not a fan of kids. Whenever someone shows me a picture of a kid I do the whole "awwwww he/she's so cuuuuute" thing but I do not like children. They're loud and have no boundaries. I know they don't know any better, but I was never rude or loud as a kid and I can't see why they can't either. Hate on me all you want but that's not the point of the story. So my neighbors have kids, which is yeah fine whatever kids, but they play all day and night in the culdesac. I live on a dead end, so cars only come from one way and usually they don't even come onto my block unless they live here, so they're always in the street screaming and yelling and laughing and distracting me from working on homework (I like to keep the windows open) and sometimes they keep me up at night. I know, it's sad that I go to bed earlier than little kids, but once again, insomnia.

Who lives in the New York/Jersey area? You should definitly go to AIDs Walk on May 19th! You'll support the LGBT community and also raise money for HIV research, which is always a good cause. There are some really cool people there and also it's just nice to say that you walked 8 miles to benefit HIV. Last year it was hot as hell, it was my first year going and it was about 90 degrees that day. Imagine that, 90 degrees out in the sun all day with hundreds of thousands of people walking, all crushed together in a tight crowd. Annnnnyways, come to AIDs Walk! It's a good experience and a lot of fun.

Damn, I just made like 4 dents in my new lip balm with my nail... I hate it when that happens, the undisturbed surface is the lip balm is suddenly showered with dents.

I had a crapload of tests and quizzes this week. I was unprepared. Didn't study. I think I'm going to make a post on how to stop procrastinating and concentrate on studying. Trust me, I am the worst at this but I do have methods that work.

So speaking of tests, you can probably guess that that comes with stress. I've been freaking out all week. My chest is tight and I'm so tired all the time. Not good for my mental health, and my skin is beginning to suffer too. It's looking dull and tired, and the circles underneath my eyes are very very pronounced. Overall, it's been a pretty crappy week. At least I have TV to look forward to, right?

S'not much to keep me going though... I've had a bad couple of weeks and I'm ready for it to be summer. If you're a student, then you know exactly what I mean. School is just dragging by and I can't stand it.

So one of my favorite bands is Maroon 5, and they're currently on tour, coming to my area in August. I was so crushed, that concert was completely sold out.

Anyways, it's been pretty crap. Crap, crap crap.

Thanks for reading this pretty crap post... I''ll see you tomorrow.

Nivea Creme

4:11 PM

Why hello there. Today I have a review for you on the one and only Nivea Creme.

This lotion comes in three different sizes, the 1 oz travel tin, the 2 oz tube, and the 6.8 oz jar. As you can see, I have the 1 oz tin. Nivea products can be purchased online in the drugstores they are sold in (Walmart, CVS, Target, Walgreens) and in store at those same drugstores. I got my tin for $1. Nivea products are made in Mexico and Germany and are not tested on animals.

This cream is basically a suuuuper thick body butter. You spread it any very very dry parts of your body.

This cream is so thick it's nearly solid. I only use it on the very dry patches of my body, like my elbows, knees, and heels. I can't imagine putting it anywhere else, it practically sits on top of your skin. I won't use it on my legs for that reason, it feels like it's suffocating them. I think it's okay, but I would not advise getting the big 6.8 oz jar for it. It will last you way too long. Get the little tin or tube and use it only on super dry parts of your body.

Origins Drink Up Intensive Overnight Mask Review

4:02 PM

Hello! I have a review today on the Origins Drink Up Intensive Overnight Mask.

I have a little sample size containing 1 fl. oz of product, but the full sized product can be purchased online and at certain department stores (think Macy's). The 3.4 oz sized bottle costs $23. Origins is cruelty free and is also eco friendly.

This is an overnight mask, which is similar to a night cream. However, think of this as a very very thick night cream. You smooth it all over your face before going to bed and by the time you wake up in the morning, you should have happy, hydrated skin. This is best used on dry, dehydrated skin but of course any skin type can use it.

\
It's a creamy color, very thick in consistency and amazing in smell. I kid you not, it smells delicious. I would wear this as a perfume if I could. As directed, I smooth this on my face twice a week before I go to bed. However, since I'm trying to ration this little sample size, I only use it on my particularly dry spots (cheekbones, forehead). It's perfect for my normal/dry skin and by the time I wake up in the morning, those spots are totally hydrated and my skin is super happy. Origins claims that this mask "instantly quenches compromised moisture reserves and builds a reservoir for tomorrow." I couldn't agree more. This mask is amazing. If you can afford it, you should definitely get it.

Garnier

Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine Moroccan Sleek Oil Treatment Review

3:52 PM

Aloha! Today's post is a review on the Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine Moroccan Sleek Oil Treatment.

This oil was about $6 at Target. Garnier products can be purchased online and in drugstores. This product contains 3.75 fl oz of oil and was made in the United States. Unfortunately, Garnier does test on animals.

Basically, what this is is a leave-in conditioner. You can also add it to your conditioner for extra hydration and use it on dry hair to tame frizz and flyaways.

Claim from the website:
Our Innovative leave-in treatment with precious Argan Oil from Morocco.

    - Absorbs in an instant
    - Restores smoothness
    - Mends roughness
    - Intensifies shine
    - Deep, sleek conditioning

    How to use
Apply a small amount to wet, damp, or dry hair:
    In shower
    Boost your conditioner
Mix a few drops into your conditioner
    After shower
    Use as a leave in
Work it through hair for softness & easy styling
    On dry hair
    Use as a finisher
After blow drying smooth it in to tame frizz & and shine

It's a thick orange oil that smells absolutely incredible. It's fruity and flowery and just plain amazing.

I like this treatment. It lives up to its claims; it does absorb instantly, makes my hair shiny and smooth, and works well as a leave in conditioner. I add it to my conditioner in the shower, and also apply it all over my damp hair. I use this on a daily basis, only putting a tiiny amount of my ends when I don't wash my hair. Beware of putting this near your scalp when it's dry, it might make it look oily. I don't use heat on my hair anymore, so I can't say much about how it is as a finished, but it seems like it would work really well. It keeps my hair static free in the winter and hydrated in the summer.

I would definitly recommend to anyone needing a leave in treatment. It's affordable and smells wonderful, check it out!

L'Oreal True Match Super-Blendable Crayon Concealer Review

8:51 PM

Hey there hot stuff. I've got another review today, on the L'Oreal True Match Super-Blendable Crayon Concealer.

This concealer was about $8 at Target. L'Oreal products can be bought online and at drugstores. The shade I have is Light/Medium W4-5. L'Oreal does test on animals.

This concealer is interesting. First of all, it's in a handy dandy crayon, so no sharpening required. Second of all, it comes in six shades, with warm and neutral undertones.

The color I have is actually a bit too orange for my skin tone, but it works out okay because it can be blended out so easily. I would say this concealer has medium buildable coverage. You can see how the concealer covers my veins, but they still peek through. If I were to apply another layer of the concealer, they would be masked.

I think this is an okay product. It's nifty and handy, but you don't get much product for your money and it doesn't match my skin perfectly.

TRESemme Thermal Creations Heat Tamer Spray Review

8:37 PM

Hey there. As you can tell from the title, I'm bringing you a review on the TRESemme Thermal Creations Heat Tamer Spray.

This spray was $5 at Target. Tresemme products can be purchased online and at drugstores. This product contains 8 fl oz of heat protectant and was not tested on animals.

I honestly don't have much to say about this. It lives up to its claims. It's a nice heat protectant that limits the amount of damage caused to your hair when heat styled. It smells nice, makes your hair soft and shiny, and does its job. The spray nozzle sprays a fine mist, rather than a jet of liquid like a lot of nozzles. You should definitely get this if you don't already have it.

Claim on the back:
There's one rule when you expose your hair to heat - the hair must be protected. This product guards against heat and friction to keep your hair shiny and incredibly soft. It's a fantastic tool for instantly transforming all hair textures, enhancing strands' flexibility to reform and hold shape.

Ingredients:
Water (Aqua, Eau), Amodimethicone, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Peg-12 Dimethicone, Pvp, Polysorbate 20, Cetylphridinium Chloride, Dmdm Hydantoin, Trideceth-12, Cetrimonium Chloride, Benzophenone-4, Triethanolamine, Disodium Edta, Hydrolyzed Silk, Tocopheryl Acetate, Panthenol, Ascorbic Acid, Niacinamide, Biotin, Fragrance (Parfum), Hexylcinnamal, Benzyl Benzoate, Limonene, Butylphenyl Methylpropional, Linalool, Citronellol, Geraniol, Hydroxyisohexyl 3-Cyclohexene Carboxaoldehyde, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone.

Personal Thursday #3

4:43 PM

I'm sitting around wiggling my eyebrows... Man, what am I doing with my life.

Welcome to personal Thursday #3. Today I have a bunch of television to watch. Well, not so much. Just Community, Parks and Rec, and Hannibal. But I do have to catch up on a few shows.

If you watch a lot of tv, you should definitely check out Episode Calendar. Basically, it's this handy-dandy calender that keeps track of your shows. You check the little box when you're done watching the episode, and it just helps you remember what show is on when and what episode you're on.

Isn't it so handy? Go make an account!

P.S... I have no clue what that huge Apt 23 day is. I thought the show got canceled.

Speaking of tv, who loves stickers? Me. I also love stickers of my favorite tv shows, which GetGlue lets me get for free! Whenever the show's on air, you simply check in and you unlock a sticker of the show. After a certain number of stickers, you can order them and they're shipped to your house, all for free!

As we're on the topic of entertainment, we might as well address movies. Let's talk about the elephant in the room... or the two in the room. Iron Man 3. The Great Gatsby. Life complete. I've had the Iron Man poster as my iPad background for the past, like, month. And The Great Gatsby? Leonardo DiCaprio. 'Nuff said.

In case you want to get to know me a little better, here is a list of my favorite movies for reference.

  • (500) Days of Summer
  • Harry Potter (every movie)
  • Baby Mama
  • Iron Man 1, 2, and soon to be 3
  • Life of Pi
Let's talk about music. Specifically a song called The Scientist by Coldplay. I freaking love this song. It's been one of my favorites for a long time, but I really really love it right now. I do this, I go through fazes of loving certain songs. Right now my favorites are The Scientist, Mirrors, Ill With Want, and Ships In The Night. You should totally listen to them all below.

All wonderful songs by quality artists.

Thanks for reading! I'll see you all tomorrow.

Maybelline 24hr Color Tattoo Metal Eyeshadow in 55 Inked in Pink Review

8:16 PM

Hey everyone, I've got another review today. It's on the Maybelline 24hr Color Tattoo Metal Eyeshadow in 55 Inked in Pink, if you couldn't tell by the title. I hauled this a few weeks back.

This eyeshadow cost about $7 at Ulta. Maybelline products can be purchased online and in drugstores. This is the first Color Tattoo I've purchased, and it's part of the Metals collection, which may or may not be limited edition. This product contains 4 grams of product and was made in the U.S.A. Sadly, Maybelline
does test on animals.

Inked in Pink is a pretty color in the pot. It's a light, shimmery pink which I found incredibly hard to photograph.

This product is pretty pigmented. I use my fingertips and apply it all over my lids for a wash of color. However, I find that it does apply a bit patchy, but that might be due to the fact that I use my fingers. It's easily bendable and has a nice, silky texture.

The swatch doesn't look quite as pink as the product does in the pan. It's a little more of a rose gold on the skin, which is still nice, it's just not what I expected.

I find that this product doesn't crease on me, even when I wear it for at least 12 hours straight, but that might be due to the fact that I have drier eyelids. The color fades a liiiitle bit throughout the day, but nothing so that I have to touch up.
